I see Coda in the background (or what looks like Coda), but I don't recognize the front-most window.

The editor in the foreground would be Komodo. It’s the only editor I’ve found that has reasonably functional IDE features for PHP. Nonetheless, after a few days of experimentation with the various options, I’ve resettled on TextMate.
